    All conditioning exercises include some form of movement or resistance training. As this resistance is placed on the muscles, microscopic tears develop in the tissues, activating cells that build up the muscle tissues and conditioning the muscle group for similar exercise movements in the future.

  • Fitness Bootcamp

    Come in and enjoy Fitness Bootcamp – Our fitness bootcamp is suitable for people of all fitness levels. We do things in intervals to keep your heart rate going and maximize the fat burning. It is a challenging and dynamic workout with unique exercises to shock your body. The instructor will motivate you and encourage you to do your best, but not past the point of discomfort. You can take a break if you need to, there is no yelling or screaming.

  • Sport Specific Training

    Whether you’re an elite level athlete in need of performance training or have never exercised a day in your life, Body Dynamics Fitness Center is the place that can help you achieve your fitness goals!

  • Strength Training

    150+ pieces of Strength Training Equipment – 20,000 sq. ft. outfitted with strength training equipment. We consistently monitor our membership size to make sure that our center is never overcrowded. We do not want large crowds to diminish the quality of YOUR routine.

  • Personal Training

    Body Dynamics Fitness Center only sub-contracts the BEST trainers in the area.
